Refund Policy

Full refund within fourteen days. No questions asked. Reply to your delivery email or write to support@practiceletter.org.
The promise
If you buy the Practice Launch Pack and decide within fourteen days that it isn't what you needed, we'll refund the full purchase price. No forms, no justification required, no friction. The intent is for you to be able to evaluate the pack honestly without buyer's-remorse risk.
How to request a refund
- Reply to your delivery email (subject: "Your Practice Launch Pack — California (v1) download") — that's the easiest path.
- Or write to support@practiceletter.org from the email address you used at checkout.
- Say "please refund my order" — that's all the information we need. You don't have to explain why.
We process refunds through Stripe within one business day of receiving your request. Once processed, your bank or card issuer will return the funds to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The exact timing depends on your card issuer; we have no control over that part.
What happens to your access
When you request a refund, we cancel any future update notifications and ask that you delete the downloaded files. Honor system — we don't have a way to remotely revoke access to a file you've already downloaded. We trust that licensed professionals will follow through.
After fourteen days
After the fourteen-day window, refunds are at our discretion. If something genuinely went wrong — corrupted file, regulatory update we missed, a serious defect — write to us and we'll work it out. In practice, we lean toward refunding when there's a real reason to.
Chargebacks
If you'd prefer a refund over filing a chargeback with your card issuer, we'd appreciate the chance to refund you directly first. Chargebacks cost us a flat fee regardless of outcome and trigger a Stripe risk review on our account, which can take days to resolve. Either way you get your money back; the direct route is just less expensive for both of us.
